To make our customers happy, we are available, reliable, helpful, and efficient in communication and we deliver the tasks on time and accurately. Our professionality stands on teamwork as each team member is an expert in his/her area of responsibility. We work on our skills development through continuous research and trainings, so we can provide an outstanding holistic and innovative approach to CDXP implementations.
1. During the induction program, we also make sure that you deeply understand our vision, your role in reaching the goals, the company structure, and all the working tools we use to work in agile.
2. You get to know the internal working rules, you meet your team workers and you clarify your working responsibilities with your manager. You will be introduced to internal working tools and best practices that make your job and interactions excellent right from the beginning!
3. You will participate in the welcome meetings with the management team to understand the company structure, and the mid-term and long-term company aims. With your manager you set your own goals that you will be working on in the upcoming period – most probably your personal goal will become your development goal.
4. As a last induction part but never-ending part of your company journey we list the technical trainings that you take to become the highly recognized consulting partner for CDXP implementations, customer use-cases, and tech support.
